What the operator pages say
The registration page at register.hollywoodbets.net advertises a R25 sign-up bonus and 50 free spins on Habanero games once the account is activated. The sports site describes an obligation-free R25 bonus. The blog page that sets out FICA also publishes the R25 and spin rules. That blog page is dated 22 February 2022 and it was still the document on 16 October 2026. The registration page calls Hollywood Sportsbook a licensed betting operator and prints the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation line 0800 006 008.
The R25 rules
You need an online or mobile betting account, you must be over 18, and one account per customer applies. The R25 cannot be withdrawn until it has been wagered and turned over in full at odds of 5/10 (0.5 decimal) or greater. Bets under that price do not count. The R25 cannot be wagered on both sides of the same event. It must be used within 24 hours of account activation. FICA documents have to be approved before the first withdrawal. People who have signed up and have not yet submitted FICA can still take the bonus.
The 50 spins
Spins are valid once per user on the first login to a Habanero game, only on Hot Hot Hollywoodbets, Hot Hot Fruit and Rainbow Mania. They expire if unused within 24 hours of claiming. There are 50 spins, fixed at 60 cents each. Winnings are wagered 5 times on those three games before a withdrawal. The maximum real-money payout is R1,200 per player. The promotion is once per client, household, account and IP address. Hollywoodbets says it can revoke the promotion without notice.
Treat this as a sign-up credit with a 24-hour clock. A July horse-racing article on the Hollywoodbets blog mentioned a 15% deposit bonus tied to a race meeting with an end date of Sunday 6 July. That meeting offer is closed.
