Read a welcome package as a series of deposits, not as one cheque. Note the percentage, the cap, whether the code is entered before you pay, the multiple, what the multiple multiplies, the games that count, the maximum bet, the cashout cap and the number of days.

What the packages are made of
Springbok is three coupons: 100% up to R1,500, then 50% up to R5,000 twice. The terms multiply the deposit and the bonus by 30. Apollo's homepage title of R9,999 is three coupons on the promotions page, R2,999, R4,000 and R3,000, and those three cards do not restate a multiple. A separate Apollo signup is 250% up to R1,000 at wagering x30, again without a defined base. White Lotus is one signup stage, 150% up to R1,000 from R50, at wagering x40, base not defined on that line. Silversands prints 200% up to R1,000 on the homepage. Wagering on that line is see operator terms. Gbets is the welcome that splits the first deposit between a sportsbook and a casino, and the welcome whose two public pages disagree on the total.
Take the stage you will actually deposit. A package “up to” a large number still pays the percentage of the amount you send, until the cap. A R200 deposit at 100% is a R200 bonus even when the cap is R10,000.
The first-deposit page isolates stage one. Reloads for people who already have an account are on the reload page.
Questions on this page
Is a welcome bonus always one deposit?
No. Springbok publishes three coupons. Gbets publishes four deposit stages on its terms page. A single-stage match is a different offer and should not be compared on headline size alone.
Do welcome coupons stack with a reload on the same deposit?
Springbok's terms say promotions may not be combined unless a promotion says otherwise, and only one new-player coupon can be redeemed at a time. Check the cashier before you assume two codes will both apply.
